The Inventronics LED PSUs are suitable for use both indoor and outdoor use. The portfolio also includes multi-channel power supplies and PSUs featuring intelligent control. Another important element in this context is the Digital Addressable Lighting Interface (DALI), providing a technical protocol for the control of lighting systems.

The range of Inventronics PSUs covers different power levels (constant current and voltage outputs) ranging from 12 to 500 watts with almost all models in compliance with the IP67 protection standard. Inventronics’ LED power supplies are equipped with one analogue input or with a Dali interface. While the analogue devices can be controlled with DC voltage (0-10V) or using a PWM signal, other devices feature the DALI. The PSUs comply with all key safety classifications as a standard, including CB Report, Class 2 and ENEC.

LED power supplies need the right technical attributes for energy-efficient lighting, and most of Inventronics’ LED PSUs have an efficiency level of over 90 percent. As they can be used in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 70°C, they are also well-suited to outdoor deployment. Inventronics is the right LED PSU supplier for companies requiring high-power LEDs, such as hall, street, industrial and architectural lighting applications.

The distribution agreement with Inventronics adds an important new partner to MSC Technologies’ LED power supply segment. The company is now able to offer high-quality CREE LEDs along with the appropriate PSU for them, providing customers with the right solution for any application.

Theo Goertz, Line Manager for Inventronics at MSC Technologies, said: "More and more LED power supplies with integrated, intelligent control systems are being requested by our customers. This includes requests for features such as lumen compensation, programmable soft start, remote control and daylight sensor detection. The addition of Inventronics will allow MSC Technologies to provide integrated, intelligent control systems for modern LED systems and offer expanded solutions to our customers to further improve their leadership in the market."
