Epileds and HPL Jointly Launched the Bioraytron Brand UVC LED Products
Bioraytron is a 50%/50% joint venture by Epileds and HPL. The epi wafers and chips of UVC LED are manufactured by Epileds, and packages and modules being exclusively sold under the brand name of Bioraytron are completed by HPL.

OMC Launches New HP UV&IR LEDs, New Micro Series LEDs and New Proprietary Coloured LEDs
OMC, a pioneer in optoelectronics, will present a range of new LEDs at the Electronic Design Show. The new LEDs are a new range of surface-mount high-power ultra-violet and infra-red LED emitters, extremely compact LED emitters measuring just a fraction of a millimeter, and a series of brighter LED emitters than traditional coloured LEDs based on their proprietary Active Diffuser Technology™.

LG Innotek Claims Great Progress in Performance of Mass-Produced UV-C LED Modules
LG Innotek announced it has supplied its sterilizing UV-C LED modules to LG Electroics’ home appliance. The company expects that this achievement will become the primer to expand its market for UV-C LEDs.
