Lenses Made of Silicone from KHATOD
The SILICONE LENSES from KHATOD boast an exclusive silicone processing method: Khatod customized the cold-injection process by implementing innovative technologies never used before in the transformation phase of silicone while it is injected. 100% made in Khatod.
SIO3 JUNIOR LENSES – Ø 90 mm - The Newest Family of Silicone Lenses from Khatod
- FREE FORM LENSES, engineered for COB LEDs having 9mm to 23mm LES.
- Excellent in Street Lighting, they are in great demand for HORTICULTURE and HIGH BAY applications as well as in Wide Area Lighting, Outdood and Indoor.
- Preserve and enhance the typical characteristics of silicone.
- Boast unique design and great performance able to meet the latest applications in LED Lighting.
Just one example in this regard is given by greenhouses and indoor urban farms. The transition from conventional lighting sources to SSL in this kind of applications is booming. BUT, like many other fields with similar features, these environments ALSO need high levels of protections for luminaires, besides high efficiency and energy saving which are fundamental requirements.
SIR50 – Ø 50 mm - SILICONE INTERNAL REFLECTION LENSES
TIR LENSES made of Ultra-Clear LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber), optimized for COB LEDs systems with LES ranging 6mm to 9mm diameter, for any application in General Lighting.
Boast exclusive optical techniques. All the exit surfaces of SIR LENSES include rotated microlenses arrays, or microlenses arrays alternated with matt surfaces. This avoids any aesthetical issue in light distribution, such as variations of the color temperature. Ensure a perfect control of the light flux.
Features
- Size: 50.00mm Diameter - 29.00mm Height
- Beam Angles: Narrow, Medium, Wide.
- Designed to meet the requirements of MR16
- Low light absorption, high optical efficiency up to 91%; UV resistant, anti-yellowing
- Lens fixing: SIR LENSES are available with their proper holder. It enables a direct mounting onto the PCB, ensures a perfect fastening, simplifies the assembly in the final application.
The holder is a mechanical assembly made up of two parts:
- bottom part: fix it to the PCB with 2 screws or a sticker, then place the lens.
- top part: a ring nut matching the bottom part fastens the lens housing and completes the holder group assembly.
